The dividend
at a glance

Munich Re's Annual General Meeting on 17 April 2008 voted to distribute a dividend of €5.50 per share to the shareholders. Up to and including business year 2003, the Company has pursued a policy of continuity with regard to dividends; in future these be geared more closely to the profit situation in the respective business year. The dividend notice can be found in the section "Annual General Meeting 2008".
